Martin has worked closely with CISO’s and Internal Audit departments to help identify the appropriate Cyber controls required and to ensure that resources are applied, in the most effective way, on Cyber defence to ensure the organisation meets its strategic objectives. Martin also has a proven track record working with the NIST framework.
René has a long experience in the IT industry in both short-term assignments to long program development and deployment initiatives. The work has mostly been connected to IT infrastructure and architecture topics both in replacing as in evolving into new technological capabilities, to achieve better efficiency both in performance as well as in financial aspects.
René has developed a deep understanding of the Cyber Security landscape and how to equip an organization in all aspects from business operations disruption, and in cases how to recover to normal business operations.
