Leap Grid Consultancy and Investment Ltd. to acquire majority share in Cynode from Nordic LEVEL Group AB (publ)
Nordic LEVEL Group AB (publ), one of the most trusted providers of safety and security solutions in the Nordics, has entered into an agreement to sell its majority share in Cynode, a boutique Cyber Security firm specialized in Advisory and Assurance services, to Leap Grid Consultancy and Investment Ltd, a UK-based Cyber Security and Investment firm. This partnership marks a significant milestone in the development of Nordic LEVEL Groups Cyber Security venture, “Cynode”.
This strategic alignment will enable Nordic LEVEL Group AB to provide support in key areas such as market fit, customer acquisition, and help Cynode scale more quickly, while also providing Cynode the freedom to develop its own place in the market and continue to flourish. The involvement of Leap Grid not only adds highly demanded cybersecurity services, such as managed detection and response, digital risk protection, threat-centric assessment and improvement, and vulnerability management, but also opens up access to additional European markets for Cynode.
